Before updating the software it is absolutely essential to make a back-up copy of the archives. Save a copy of the program Archive folder, either in local or on server according to how EpyPlus is configured on your system. Make certain there are no urgent operations in progress on the system.  Do not switch off your computer until the update is complete. We remember that once installed 10.3 version, a downgrade isn’t possible. Before to proceed with the update, it’s very important also to switch the Windows regional settings to English language. At the end of the update you can come back to your original Windows regional settings.

To launch the version update, proceed as follows:

1. Download the file EpyPlusSp-1005.exe onto the computer on which EPYPlus is installed.
2. Copy the downloaded file (EpyPlusSp-1005.exe), in the folder containing EPYPlus (usually in the folder C: Telematic\EpyPlus or C: Programs\EpyPlus).
3. Check that no other users are using the program.
4. Disable your anti-virus.
5. Double-click on EpyPlusSp-1005.exe and proceed with the update.
6. When complete, an ‘update successful’ message will appear.
7. Operations 1 to 6 must be carried out on all EPYPlus clients.
